Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially for children and young adults navigating school, friendships, and personal challenges. Many worry about whether counseling will help, feel like they should already have the answers, or struggle to see a way forward. My goal is to make this process approachable and empowering.
With over 10 years of experience in school psychology, I have extensive expertise in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavioral interventions. I have worked closely with clients who require intensive social, emotional, and academic support, providing counseling, developing behavior management plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment strategies. This experience has strengthened my ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each child and young adult.
In addition to my school-based work, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and completing a pre-doctoral internship that is deepening my expertise in psychological assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
I am passionate about supporting students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment for all where clients can feel valued, seen and heard. No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.
